Bill payment options expanded by partnering with PSN

New Richmond Utilities has partnered with PSN, Payment Service Network, to expand payment options to its customers. Customers now have the ability to make secure payments directly from their checking or savings account or by using their VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER cards online or by calling a toll free number 24 hours a day. You can make a one-time payment, schedule a future payment, or set up recurring payments.

To pay online, click on the link under the Customer Services heading, VIEW & PAY BILL ONLINE, then click on the Online Bill Payment & Energy Use History link and log into your account or register if you are new to paying online.
