2-Cycle Billing Coming Soon
Starting in October/November New Richmond Utilities will be changing to 2-cycle billing. This means your bill will be mailed at the end of October or on the 15th of November.
The change to 2-cycle billing may initially affect many utility bills by increasing or decreasing the number of days on the transitional-billing period. Therefore the amount you owe may be higher or lower than normal – due to a longer or shorter reading period. After the transition month your meter reading will once again take place about every 30 days. The customers on the first billing cycle will have their payments due on the 15th of each month. The customers on the second billing cycle will have their payments due on the 1st of the month.Watch your mail and your utility statements for more information regarding 2-cycle billing changes. We thank you in advance for your patience during this transition period.
